At Buttons Bebe, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, accessories and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and including the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
